E. Service follow up and quality control
A follow up service will be provided for ADHC on a regular basis and make sure that the MDT members and staff of ADHC perform continually the professional services and documentations. It will be suggested for any further correction if the deficiencies were found again.
To have a quality control for the program operation and documentation. It could be possible to suggest the company for staff replacement and recruitment if needed.
The follow up and quality control will be ongoing basis for the program operation.
The professional consulting services will be started under a signed contract of the professional service between ADHC and American Longevity Healthcare, Inc., At least, one year contract signed will be required to implement the services stated above. However, any party can cancel the contract at any time if needed without any condition. One month notice is given to other party will be appreciate if it is possible.
The company will charge for the services either for monthly or for hourly rate. The paid services are included in the fine professional services designed and the processes planed well, the special professional knowledge and the comprehensive experiences in this business, the great responsibilities for the business license and continual operation, the time and transportation cost.
