  As the founder of American Longevity Healthcare, Inc., and a bilingual (Chinese and English) professional with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field (hospital, clinic, and public health) and the geriatric long-term care and interfaith community senior services for the elderly population, Yuli Wang has held an degree from China and practiced as a general surgeon in China’s hospital and clinics and public health since 1974. Also, Wang has worked as a geriatric and dementia care professional and leader in American long-term care for another twenty years. To achieve the goals of the company based on providing international bilingual consulting services for development and operation of senior long-term care in America and China, Wang has also offered many diversified professional services for China’s elderly care to improve China’s senior long-term care in both sectors of government and private senior care programs since 1999.

  In America, Wang received a master’s degree in Gerontology (MAG) from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1996 and was a student of the Ph.D. program in the aging study at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997-1998. Since 2015, Wang has worked her Doctoral program of Health Administration at the University of Phoenix in America. As a practitioner and leader in American long-term care industry, Wang has been certified as a specialist, nationally certified dementia care practitioner and trainer designated as Dementia care practitioner (CDP), and trainer (CADDCT) in American since 2008, and the administrator (RCFE) in California’s residential care for the elderly (assisted living) since 1999. Also, Wang has continually upgraded her professional knowledge and skill through an extensive training and continual education in geriatric and community-based long-term care provided with multidisciplinary services since 1996, which included Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and hospice care.

  By holding an and MAG degree and many certifications specified in elderly care, and working in the front line of community-based senior care, Wang is a known and a respected director in America for Alzheimer’s care, Multipurpose Senior Center (Project Director), Assisted living, Board-care, Adult Day Health Care Centers licensed by the California Department of Health Services and certified by the California Department of Aging, which by carrying immense responsibilities for the seniors who live in many numerous communities, Wang has contributed her extensive Medical/Clinical and gerontological knowledge and work experiences to the community-based long-term care’ development and improvement in America and China. As a former Intern of AARP Andrus Foundation at the National Council on the Aging, Wang is now still a leader /program director of an Adult Day Health Care Center in California.

  In America, as an executive director, creative and dedicated leader with expertise in person-centered care in senior long-term care services, Wang has been a seasoned, multifaceted, and detail-oriented professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in overseeing various community-based geriatric care and senior living projects, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, which is by handling increasing level of care challenges and government regulations, as well as managing and accomplishing diverse and complex operations. Also, armed with proven track record in providing strategic growth and improving performance and profitability of business and equipped with strong professional background and broad knowledge of clinical, palliative, and hospice care, with excellent skills in organizational, planning,  program operation and management, quality control, fiscal management, writing grants proposal, and the campaign of fund-raising, and adept at conceptualizing and implementing innovative programs and strategies within elderly care settings to optimize operational efficiency while significantly achieving goals, Wang has been an exceptional leader with outstanding ability to motivate high-performing teams toward the fulfillment of organizational goals and objectives, and an articulate communicator with bilingual skill in English and Chinese Mandarin.
